The first wash kit is normally used from day 3, following your clinic’s instructions. Shampoo and cream are recommended from week 2, and the serum from week 4. Your clinic’s own schedule always takes priority.

Every box carries a single-use QR code. Scanning it verifies the production batch and expiry date. If the code has been scanned before, you will see a warning.

We ship to 60+ countries. Delivery takes 2–4 business days in Europe and 4–7 elsewhere. Customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

All payments are taken over 256-bit SSL with 3D Secure. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. For opened products, our support team reviews each case individually if the issue is related to use.
