I cannot find the tracking number
First check your spam folder. If it is not there, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will share it right away.
Tracking shows no movement
For international shipments, tracking sometimes updates with a 24 – 48 hour delay. If there is no movement for three business days, get in touch.
Address change
We can change the address before the order is handed to the carrier. After that it is at the carrier’s discretion.
