The packaging must be unopened, the QR code unscanned and the product in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened products are as a rule not accepted.
How to start
Write to our support address with your order number. Once approved, we share a shipping code; return shipping is free.
Refunds
Once the product reaches us, the payment is refunded to the same card within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 2 – 10 business days.
