Parties
Seller details (legal name, address, tax office, registration number) go here. The buyer is the person named on the order form.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened.
Delivery and disputes
Delivery takes at most 30 days. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
