How to use
- 1 Wet the hair with lukewarm water; hot water irritates the scalp.
- 2 Lather a hazelnut-sized amount in your palms.
- 3 Massage for 60 seconds with fingertips — no nails — then rinse.

All questionsHow soon after the transplant can I start using these?
The first wash kit is normally used from day 3, following your clinic’s instructions. Shampoo and cream are recommended from week 2, and the serum from week 4. Your clinic’s own schedule always takes priority.
Are the products genuine?
Every box carries a single-use QR code. Scanning it verifies the production batch and expiry date. If the code has been scanned before, you will see a warning.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to 60+ countries. Delivery takes 2–4 business days in Europe and 4–7 elsewhere. Customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Is payment secure?

What if I see no results?
